Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong project management expertise in software development and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and business professionals internally, as well as with external stakeholders and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading projects from start to finish, keeping everything running smoothly and on track.
- Helping the team stay organized by planning tasks, managing schedules, and balancing workloads.
- Communicating with clients and the team to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keeping an eye on progress, making sure we’re hitting deadlines and staying within the budget.
- Sharing updates with clients and the team, so nobody’s left wondering what’s going on.
- Spotting ways we can work smarter, and making improvements along the way.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who’s worked on software projects before and knows how to juggle multiple tasks.
- A natural organizer who can keep things moving and meet deadlines.
- Great at communicating and working with people—from team members to clients.
- Fluent in Montenegrin and English.
- Comfortable with tools like JIRA (or ready to learn).
- A team player who can also work independently.
Bonus Point:
- Technical background - university degree and/or work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with understanding or experience in managing software development.
